Central East Community Care Access Centre (CECCAC)
Central East Community Care Access Centre (CECCAC) is mandated to provide community-based health and related social services, supplies and equipment, to manage the placement of persons into long-term care, and to provide information to the public about community based services, long-term care facilities and related health and social services within the Central East LHIN geographic area. The CECCAC has one of the largest populations served by a CCAC, responding to the needs of approximately 1,459,800 residents, making up 11.8% of Ontario’s population.

The CECCAC engages in ongoing recruitment of:
Case Managers:
Position requires a nurse, therapist or a social worker with a relevant related degree/diploma. Individuals must be currently licensed or registered according to the requirements of the profession in the province of Ontario and have two to three years of community health or related clinical experience. Fluency in languages other than English would be an asset.
Team Assistants:
Position requires a minimum of high school diploma with preferably post-secondary education in office administration. Previous hospital experience and knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
The Central East CCAC is governed by the requirements of the French Language Services Act and therefore encourages applications from French-speaking candidates.
